RN x 17 years, NP x 9 years (Board certified by American Association of Nurse Practitioners In Family Practice). I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical weight management and family medicine through personalized, evidence- based care. My mission is to help individuals achieve sustainable weight loss goals and improved health outcomes using a comprehensive approach that combines clinical expertise, lifestyle coaching, and FDA – approved medications when appropriate. Through convenient telehealth visits, I provide safe, compassionate, and judgement -free support to help you reach your goals- one step at a time.
